  • Fault report – You call our service and describe the problem. If possible, our technician will already advise over the phone how to resolve a minor issue yourself or what to do to avoid major damage.

  • Preliminary quote – During the call the technician provides an initial cost estimate.

  • Scheduling – If the machine requires our intervention, together we set a convenient date to bring the equipment in so we can start repairs immediately.

  • Service protocol – When handing over the equipment, we draw up a protocol detailing all reported faults and components to be repaired.

  • Repair & collection – After the agreed time (usually 5–7 days) you collect a fully operational machine ready to work.
